Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Large area of workplace and there is an arrangement of small amount of incentive pay in every month.

Dislikes

There is poor arrangement of training for the growth of new employees. Secondly working environment is full of coal dust and pollution in power plant area. Very poor condition of lodging and fooding. My overall experience is worst ever so I resign to this company.

There is no growth of the company but why ? I am saying you the truth as the person who are capable of having good salary they are getting less and who are less capable they are getting more. So where is the skill and where will be the growth. Obviously a less capable of person is the ultimate waste for the company articles.
