Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Only one thing that i like teamwork.. I am very satisfied to my team partner.. otherwise nothing good ..

Dislikes

No future in this office. Nothing provide any facilities. No work environment, no salary satisfaction,no casual or medical leave. Even if any office staff one day absent due to her/his health problem or personal problem they cut her/his one day salary. And many more issue, so i just want to leave this office if any company provide me a good opportunity.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometime,I have to work 12 to 15 hours straight in a day..

Terrible in terms of job security. Support provided by central teams to the city teams is not adequate. Western regional leadership was worst, and the company shut its city operation when everything was going well.
