Stress free environment. Highly educated employees Highly experienced seniors As fresher I had joined Super Bond through college campus placement and getting full exposure to learn. I personally enjoying my job role with lot of responsibilities, tasks, projects and many more. The biggest advantage is that you will be a multitasking employee and will able to face the any difficult satuation easily, if you have some patience and sense of humour because the whole SUPER BOND team always ready for you as backbone.

Nothing here to point as negative as whoever wants to work and learn more and more, then SUPER BOND gives you a lot of best opportunities to grow. No one will pay you unless you give dedicated work and services.

Excellent company to be with. Directors are in touch with each and every employee. Very grounded management. Well connected with market and know where the company stands. Have clear vision for growth. Excellent work- life balance. All employees are treated at par without any partiality. Intention and positive efforts are more valued than the results.

Not very successful in putting performance accountability on team managers.

Over all Good Experience in Super bond Group only one query company not provided ESIC facility to our dependend family members. I humble request to conpany pls provide ESIC facility to our family members.
