Work life is very good don't have any workload entire week only 1 or 2 days in the week sat Sunday off

As a design engineer there is not much to learn if yo are youth you're skills development will be limited monotorus job and also less salary office location is in kurla which is horrible location if you're from western line

Working with Suntuity Renewables is really commendable, All Team leaders and HR, Managers are so supportive and knowledgeable, it's great to not only have connections with them but also work on regular basis, learning a lot ! It's also exciting that I really appreciate my company's goal or motive, it's Solar Suntuity Renewables, making the world use Sun Energy in a very productive way. Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
