Salary and appraisals are very low. It varies way too much vetween teams. There's only one team vertical that gets the spotlight.

Terrible work life balance, very bad company culture and politics all of which is compensated with the salary that you get. Of course, many of this could have changed since I left, but this will be my lasting impression about my first company and the one for which I worked for about 7 years. It has given me immense opportunities to develop my skills and also in terms of travel and customer experience, the perks of being a small company. But on the other hand, it has ruined my social life with odd work timings and almost no social life outside of the company. I left when the politics was taking a toll on my career progression and felt that I could not maintain a family with the work here.

Company Politics and old timers ruling the company as if its their own.

campus environment is good having free food for lunch,nothing else good here

no culture ,no work life balance,there are some mangers who knows nothing about product but still force the employees to work day annd night. There you can see the higher managers does nothing but always at tea pantry having snacks.

An excellent product that is used by many marque customer all over the world, and a challenging technology platform that takes product management to a different level A very good informal way of working, which makes the employee feel like you have a family with you, and not a set of professionals

The recent changes in top management
