...most WELCOME to HELL! I assure that this HELL will be BEYOND YOUR IMAGINATION. HR is very pathetic, they will trap you by giving good salary hike and position, this allurement might make you join this company but after joining this company you will be confronted with the WORST NIGHTMARE of your life. HR will offer you something before joining but after joining they will change the terms and conditions as per their convenience. By joining this company you are putting your health and mental piece at stakes. Production unit is located at such a location that after entering the office in the morning, you can't leave the office before end of the shift in case of any urgency. The culture of this company is so bad that no one wants to work here after joining, lucky ones who realizes that they made the worst decision of their life are leaving the company within 1 or 2 months and rest are leaving no stone unturned in finding a job and leaving as soon as they got the opportunity. So now HR has come up with a solution to make you suffer for 2 or 3 years i.e. you will be asked to sign the bond at the time of joining. Don't get deceived by the company website you will think that this company has high standards and you will get a lot to learn but actually it's not like that.

1. Top Management does not have clear vision about where they want to take organization 2. Machinery and system is too old. 3. Most of machinery is outdated 4. No any strong policy regarding Quality OR Safety 5. Management is not too much interested to enhance safety culture at site. 6. No any new thing thing and system for learning specially in Safety 7. Management is not think on up gradation of policies, system and technology. 8. Site is situated at very remote location, difficult to approach

Nothing for like, because company can fire you any time within 24 hour notice. You can not argument with them . There is no future planing . Company shows you they have lot of demand. But end of the month production will only 20%.

No Job security , company can fire you any time. HR policy is worst. Extend Salary nothing is added in other benifits. After that If you want to come in suntara . Welcome to hell my friend.

If you are excellent at your work this workplace is not for you. Reason owner of company not monitoring you whether you work in discipline or not. You will not get what you deserve at the end of year but you get what other got. No permeant peon Horrible quality of tea.
