There is nothing good about this company, you will be deceived by giving good salary hike and position.

If you want to play BIGG BOSS or LOCK UPP in real life and ready to suffer like you had never before and you will ever in rest of your life then you are most WELCOME to HELL! I assure that this HELL will be BEYOND YOUR IMAGINATION. HR is very pathetic, they will trap you by giving good salary hike and position, this allurement mightmake you join this company but after joining this company you will be confronted with the WORST NIGHTMARE of your life. HR will offer you something before joining but after joining they will change the terms and conditions as per their convenience. By joining this company you are putting your health and mental piece at stakes. Production unit is located at such a location that after entering the office in the morning, you can't leave the office before end of the shift in case of any urgency. The culture of this company is so bad that no one wants to work here after joining, lucky ones who realizes that they made the worst decision of their life are leaving the company within 1 or 2 months and rest are leaving no stone unturned in finding a job and leaving as soon as they got the opportunity. So now HR has come up with a solution to make you suffer for 2 or 3 years i.e. you will be asked to sign the bond at the time of joining. Don't get deceived by the company website you will think that this company has high standards and you will get a lot to learn but actually it's not like that....Read More

We are very surprised and sorry to see such a negative review. Please know that our HR team is always open to suggestions on how to improve our employees experience with our company. If you had shared your feedback with our HR team while working with us, we would have definitely worked to address your points of issue. To address one of your points regarding our Factory Location (in Kheda). We provide a free bus service to our employees to get them to and fro work easily. If people have an emergency, we are always open to allowing them to leave work to help address this. We are also very clear up front on exactly where the location of the factory is, allowing people to ensure that this location is one that works for them, prior to thier joining of us. The other point regarding the changing of Terms & Conditions is one we particularly disagree with. We have been in the industry for 50 years, always with a focus on dealing with ethics and integrity. We sign a very detailed offer letter with all employees, specifically to ensure that both sides are fully aware of all the clauses related to working togehter and to avoid confusion. We never change these clauses 'as per our convenience' as this would be unethical and not something we would engage in. If you are able to provide us with specific details of some of the reason for you not enjoying your tenure - we will be more than happy to respond with specifics. Unfortunatley, in your review you have not provided many specifics, just a very harsh and broad negative review with some very sweeping statements.
