Good place to learn new stuff, but lacks vision and trust in people. Unrealistic philosophy is forced upon employees, they work only because they have no better option in Goa. Deceitful man changes his stand as per convenience. Insecure management. Makes people sign bond papers and work for him for long hours. But since he wants his business to grow he definitely looks at new ways of education but at cheap cost.

Sunshine can b described as almamater beyond words as it perfectly caters to the needs of not only the students but all staff as well. Teaching and Jon teaching. It gives impetus fr growth, unconstrained environment that broadens horizons thus encouraging multi dimensional personality. Working there feels a personal touch of warmth encouraging us to do only better in our specified job or even multitasking . If u would like to grow as a person and career both..... Sunshine is THE place.

Well, I truly believe that Sunshine is the only school in Goa right now that has a perfect balance between Academics and Co-Curricular Activities. The environment that the school gives to children is extremely stress-free and ideal. In the 21st century, stress-free education is the need of the hour and I truly believe in working towards it, that's why Sunshine. Thanks :)

Well the only intention I go with is to give my best to the Institution. It's the Institution that matters and once you are clear about this in your head, trust me, you will stop complaining. So yeah, I don't think I have anything negative to say about my Institution.

Rampant Hypocrisy and Stubborn management. The worst thing is they treat education as a business, they don't really care about education. A Bizarre and Ridiculous place to work at. All hard work and extra efforts go unappreciated.
