I had the opportunity to work for sunshine for a very brief period of time and I'm grateful for the opportunity. here are a few takeaways from my time there. Take it with a pinch of salt as I was only there for a very short period and I honestly couldn't take it any longer. Writing this after almost a year of getting out. Pros: These are subjective to me 1 - I was given a chance to work, without any work experience and my degree was still ongoing at that time 2- I can tell you that only one of the higher management strives to make a better work culture at sunshine. since it is only one person, they are mostly outvoted. This particular person observed that I hold more capabilities than my work role and handed more responsibilities and a slight pay raise within six months of joining for which I didn't receive any formal communication which is again a waste for me

Dislikes

...not given my exit papers, which is okay because I didn't serve my notice period. They denied to pay for the last month I worked there which was 20 days of my salary out of sheer anger. Final Takeaways: This is a very personal experience, But all the cons were deal breakers for me and I felt that my capabilities were working against me in that company. If you are someone who can tackle these, sunshine will prove to be fruitful for long term collaborations. They don't let go of people who proved themselves that easily. I am happy for the decision I made. Make yours wisely. Cheers!
