They don’t respect their employee if they don’t want they will fire their employees on the same day, they don't have proper work culture also they do not have proper planning, they don’t have any proper employees benefits

... exploit the innocent staff rather than the culprit ones. She(HR) is a nonsense. Most of the senior employees are just no passing the time and taking salary for no reason. The owner of the company (country head) want labour and not employee. Only harassment is there in the company. So better to avoid the joining in this company.

only HR understand the employee situation. Floor manager , production mangar not cooperative.

Zero time for personal life, Very hard to work in summer season. Very hot atmosphere inner side in production area.

They are cheats of biggest order. Totally employee strength is on 90 employees. It's small company. Never join this company, they Will cheat you. Regressive and bad top management with no management or people skills and zero ethics.

Overall its a good company but if you are joining as a sales person then u will face many challenges because price of products are not same it depends on shops, there is no single price, undercutting is every where.

Undercutting pricing by big buyers and worse part company fails to control it
