During Covid19 Pandemic my former employer who is one of the topmost retail company in india and who laid off maximum employees by forcing them to resign from jobs or offering less than 50% salary. In such situation i just messaged to MD for job and he confirmed me for job role after conducting necessary interview and I re-joined. Likes: 1. Like all companies most of the staff is supportive and caring 2. Special health insurance to employees, No cut in salary, good cafeteria and evening snack are provided. Office infrastructure is good. 3. Company is technology savvy, the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. 4. Apart from current job profile, you will be given chance to learn other areas too. Therefore, exposure in different areas fields also possible. 5. Company offering good compensation to Managerial designation. You need to perform more than expectation. On job training is not available for Managerial level employees. 6. You cannot fool management for long time with office politics.
