Here showing some partialites in work place so I didn't not like that kind of things, not given priority for old experience manpowers and based on work performance they didn't providing the positions also

Some shift leaders behaviour is too rood.iam highly seeing at company is a politics and corruption.No one operator to respect new joiners.No one train properly.The new joiners giving tasks are too bad for it.i hate that work atmosphere.

The company culture and team relationship is too good but hard to think and politics is too much disappointed.overall work is good.admin also too good approaching and communicate with employes they solving the problems.
