... they are working on it . Now it's been 3 years, never felt any changes there. When I informed HR about my resignation, He offered me a good hike in salary and incentives from the next financial year, and never happened that. The Environment is very toxic from the HR, HR Associates, Senior Accountant and CMD.

Best company to work for learning and defining your career plans. You will definitely get good amount of time to learn new things, test out new ideas and to work closely with the management who supports you to achieve your OKR's. Working hours will be little hectic, and there won't be a strong SOP all departments follow, but by considering the amount of experience you are going to get this will be a benchmark which you can keep handy in your career.

There is internal politics .Non supporting/co-operating senior staffs........ Without genuine reasons, anytime staff will lost job in this company "HR duty is only for termination and wind up" every staff from job/company without any genuine reasons.. ............. (The above quoted statement is agreed by HR himself) HR is well experienced in terminating of staffs and wind up of companies... .... The management policies lying to MD only
