Don't get trapped in the sweet talks of MD. He is giving you the job just to pass his time. Because he has no one else to pass his time. MD is not concerned with business development or profit loss of the company. If someone does not believe in these things then somehow get a review from the plant staff before joining. If someone wants to face abuse and become unemployed then only he should come here for a job.

...e these things, then before joining, somehow get a review from the plant people. All the work of the company (labor, staff salary, material plan, motor rewind, tea, sugar, canteen rice) is done by the MD only. God forbid that no one gets trapped in this job.

I would say their is nothing for like means this company operates without management.

Dislikes

Very worst working environment. And salary is created my account after 1.5 months means if you join organization in April then you salary is created your account after 15 may. This is main issue . If you do overtime company not playing amount.

Salary always comes late. Here is the HR. They never remain permanent. A new HR comes here in every 2-3 months.You can guess from this that I had resign by giving my registration letter to HR. I was talking to different HR every time and while doing this,I have talked to four different HRs so far and the result is that for the last 9 months it has not yet been approved. Due to which I face some problems.The policy of this company is very bad. I suggest freshers to join this company for learning skills.For Experienced persons do not waste your time here.

I you enter in company be feel like that your are just for 6 month only not do more then 1 year job at this place just learn and manage and came out of it. It place to learn and move out from this. It's like horrible dream which you want needed to understand that you deserve more.

...take initiative , Growing company . Job security ,appraisal , work life balance. salary received on time in 2 years ago staffs were created very bad culture but after 2020 management has change many staffs , who created bad culture in company including (HR , Engineers and other staffs) and created a very healthy work culture.
