1. No increment, Salary never credit on time. You get it after 25 days. 2. Lots of work, if you have electrical background than you will also work as civil person, as a procurement person etc. 3. No ethics, No culture. No leave in this company, No CL,EL,SL nothing. When you taken leave, they give permission, but when you leave the deduct all holiday payment from your salary. 4. Here is a lady which name is Ritu Gupta. She was joined as a tele-caller. But Now he is working as HR and Company Manager. Now you can understand the level of company. She has no no manner to talk. There is no professionalism in this company. 5. Strict time Monday to Saturday (9:00AM to 6:00PM) but you can not leave at 6:00PM. There is no time. 6. They hold your 1 to 2 months salary and when you leave the company then forget about your pending salary and your FnF. 7. Salary will credit after 25th date, when you call many time to company owner Mr. Ajit. He is a Liar person. He think that he paying you, so your are not his employee, you are slave for him. 8. My personal suggestion is to avoid to join this company. I can give many reference and there feedback to you.
