The only good thing about the company is its timing

Its my biggest mistake to work here.They put so much pressure on you in the begining that you don't like to feel work here anymore in your starting days.The person who is coming from so much expectation this company is not for you they don't have funds to invest on their employees even they achieve great targets and also they change their terms and policies after you join their company so beware.

Management is Fraud They offer high salaries and good position in Interview but during joining they change the terms. And keep fooling you after that. When leaving the company they would do everything possible so you cannot get any good opportunity elsewhere.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
