The management decision and the percentage of rating people is poor in means of respect and in means of accreditation but the job that they provide helps to keep our learning curve high the challenge in work place is always not the same which keeps the thirst for learns high

Respect to people, yearly compensation, variable pay which I never ever saw nor heard at Sun Direct. Poor pay to people. There is atleast 3 times lower in pay than the actual market.

Company policies aren't good, appraisal aren't fair and they didn't give me a good salary and bonus also!!

There's a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary isn't decent and also career growth is slow.

All good , however couple of employees hijacking the efforts of 99% and inducing monopoly the way they think thats its good for biz (aparently which is not true) and silently impacting biz decisions. I hope that is sorted out in this good organization

Due to this pandemic situation company took a terrible dicision that 15% man power reduction, after this tragic insident 4 months I don't have job, this is my tragic experience in this company.

Team members not support 100% , Training was good learning some times only , Job security average only , no career growth , Salary ok but Appraisal worst , travel was comfort allowance was good , Learning is self involvement not support a company , work environment good , not respond the emp innovations

Growth is slow , the work pressure is high. some times i'm working above 15 hours , Zonal manager do not value an individuals unique strengths ,
