The only like is they never forced me to work after 6pm.

Here mostly already settled staff do not co operate with new one. Chairman do not focus on quality and always try to save money. lots of politics happens. New Ideas are not appreciated.

Administration changes the most of the faculties every semester or year sothat faculty can not demand for salary increment. Over all so cheap, political, and worse environment i ever saw.

Nothing, its a shop selling degrees

Dislikes

Politics, nepotism, backbiting, very unprofessional work environment. Institute runs on the whims and fancies of a single woman whose own credentials are questionable.
