My experience very good and good knowledge,but Institute Not Proper Satisfaction to Employee some time.

Compensation id decent, but growth is very slow. The Work Pressure is very high Sometimes. Some time work Me and My team more working load another department Employee.

Rules are different between permanent employees and contractual staff. No PF, Health Insurance, life cover and other benefits are given to contractual employees. Rede behavior with Contractual staff etc.
