I think all the above categories for ratings are actively taken care of by the founders and they are very much aware of what leads to workplace toxicity, this is the reason they are able to avoid all that. Zero-ego workplace and super-learning environment. I mean it is tough to crack their interviews but once you are in, you turn 10x within 1 year.

Dislikes

At times the senior management is a bit too understanding and a little strictness with the employees can help the middle management to play good cop and bad cop. Although, many changes have happened in the policy, making it a very structured organization now but otherwise there is not much to say.
