...hould forget his faster career growth & they won’t teach any outside happenings. Company will be very good if proper training arrangements & slight higher salary increments. From my opinion, Sundaram motors is just a place to gain experience in short time & should leave place immediately.

Lot of elderly staff (avg age 50+). No room for innovation/creativity/modern thinking. Laid back processes. Technology averse organization. Remuneration not on par with market / skills.
