working in 3rd party pay roll after working in madras auto service as a branch manager i don't like no one giving proper answer from 'HO' .travels expanse not clear in time. after going to branch as TVS Rubber sales executive. No branch manager responded proper lot's of issues .

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.compnay policies are good , appraisals are Fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Good environment to learn. Always having a chance to learn. Even if we don't like it, pressure will mount on us to learn.

...rrent employees by recruiting freshers with much high salaries for the same job.(Still 5 yrs experienced current Engineers getting 25% less salary than Freshers)

Iam working in solid tyre production department,good working atmosphere, the management taking serious about our skills development because our growth is company growth. They gave full support for all our needness in office and good guidlines for our improvements.

A systematic admin system and defined roles and responsibilities. Excellent superior officers to guide.

Most of the team was aged persons who give very old ideas and there is no control over the Operators.
