Nothing is there to like, It is the worst company in the world, I have been working in this company for 4 years and my salary remained 10000 RS till i got relieved, I work day and night and all the days when i'm at leave of comp off they torture us to speak with customers.

Dislikes

...a person without automobile knowledge and only wants people to bow before him. This company failed to pay me my incentives after i relieved, Then when i asked they are saying that new rules is that you won't get incentive if you are relieved. And the provident fund has not even been credited to my PF account.

Only the have salary in time and pf cutting but the person who is resignation they not settle pf amount and experience letters and reveals letters nt given after 3 months...

TVS, a company that has been serving for nearly a hundred years has many ventures including finance, auto parts, motors dealership etc. Sundaram Honda is one among the dealership. A great place to work with good environment

Dislikes

Still karur Sundaram Honda which is a sales outlet needs to be improved

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
