The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am the part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the work culture and the environment and most important the hire policy of employee. I enjoy my workship there with amazing people who come from various culture background . I receive my appreciation mails from my seniors , specially from Head office team. They all are very supportive, co-operatives , caring and very helpful. overall good experience.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 10 to 12 hours straight in a day. I have waited here for more than 5 years but not got any growth and appraisal.Most painful thing is to wait there where no any growth or chance to get succeed.

Job security, family based environment and sundaram values that existed in past.

Transfer to other deparments without discussion, slow promotions, Employee unfriendly salary structures, NO time for family.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This is like a gurukulam where we can learn end to end process in accounting. Give lot of exposures from bottom to top. Employee are not just colleguge they will be like a family member.

Slow growth in terms of compensation.
