I am proud to be working in the company. Good support from Higher officials in the company. Company given enough product training. Working environment is good. Very good quality client base.

Dislikes

As per my KRA, I am not getting salary. As a cluster manager in this distribution system taking care of about 10 branches and 5 products salary has to hike as per responsibilities.

This is like a gurukulam where we can learn end to end process in accounting. Give lot of exposures from bottom to top. Employee are not just colleguge they will be like a family member.

Slow growth in terms of compensation.

You can develop your overall skills. One of the best company to start your career. You will learn from basics and get time to develop yourself. People are supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Promotion are very slow and salary breakup is very bad most part of the salary is shown as allowance. Also you have to do all the work like sourcing,fi, disbursement, collection, repo all the things though it is good that you will learn all the things but very hectic to achieve the monthly numbers. Motive period is of 3 months.
