...and criteria it is very hard to get the bussiness from the dealer and customer. No work life balance, very low salary, no uprisal no fuel rebrusment nothing. worst days that we spent in the company.

Low salary. less job satisfaction. No job security. no uprisal. Very poor uneducated branch manager seems to be working like in tabela (diary farm)

THE COMPANY IS RENOWNED AND HAVING GOOD COMPANY CULTURE AND VALUES. THEY ALSO PROVIDE VERY GOOD JOB SECURITY

...INDSET OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE RIGID AND OTRHODOX. - LESS OR NO INDIVIDUAL GROWTH - LESS PAY SCALE - LESS OR NO INCREMENT. - THEY DON'T EVEN PROVIDE AC FOR BRANCH.

...d probation was not faire... Manager was who don't deserve to be a manager... On one salary they made all work done ie sales, collection ( recovery agent like), operation, process. They got one man done all work and they peanut according to work...
