I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sundar Infographic Analytics. Despite properly relieving from the company in June 2022, I have yet to receive my last month's salary. The company culture is toxic, and the management is highly incompetent. Manager and the employee's lacked the necessary skills and understanding of the work, and the promotion system seems arbitrary, with unqualified people being made team leaders. The workplace environment was marred by local politics, especially with family members. Anitha and Mahadevan engaging in unethical activities. HR Pooja and Manager Prabhu were complicit, engaging in favoritism and betraying the trust of employees. Overall, my time at Sundar Infographic Analytics was deeply unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is the good place to learn different technologies for the freshers and experienced people who like to learn new technologies. Coming to work culture, they will not give flexible timing. There is no work pressure, here they are doing team work all are very helpful to others. That would be appreciated. Coming to management, they are very close to the employee, they will treat their employees as their family members. Coming to company policies, that has to be Change more. That only thing is the drawback of this company. That need to be Change.

Dislikes

HR policies, late detection and they has to fullfill the word which they committed to the employee. HR policies and late detection compulsory need to be Change. That's the only thing meke the employee's get disappointed. Otherwise nothing.
