...suncity school is amazing but during this pandemic school is not supporting.. Teachers are working more than what is required and way beyond working hours but only half of the salary is given.

Dislikes

You cannot speak your heart out and your head (not director)is not worthy of being head. You need to learn your own ways. You cannot give your point of view and hence your work will become boring.

They look down upon you and harass you during your interview process, they waste your time by keeping you waiting for hours, they find faults in you so you'll accept low salary, worst management personnels

Excellent school building, very genuine and very well cultured owners especially young chairman of the school. Also this was educational institutions so all the staff members were kind and helpful in nature.

Dislikes

Nothing much but just a general feedback that in Educational sector, it is great team effort, not one men show, so the loyal and hard working team members needs to be retained as they take more responsibility and are most reliable during the normal and crisis situations. So one must value such team members even if he is a security guard of the school...

Nothing at all. The Director of the school is the biggest disaster!

Everything! Specially in the international wing they don't know a thing about internationalism. They expect teachers to bring admissions and get rid of anyone who has any opinion on anything. Absolutely hopeless state of affairs!

No growth potential...very autocratic.. freedom of carrying out responsibilities restricted...very unfortunate and sad that this is happening in this era which is more of being open ...
