Nothing to like about this fraud company.

Dislikes

I joined here as a fresher. Worked for 6 months but got salary of just 2 months. I still mail HR n CEO for my salary no 1 rplys to my mails n messages nor no 1 receives call. They show false experience of employees to customer's. Don't give salary to Freshers. I even didn't got my experience letter either.

...friendly, motivating, task oriented and great perks and rewards on achievements. on time salary and hike are key factors of this company. Owner Mr. Mangesh Divekar is professionally good person with sound technical knowledge carrying in this filed, jolly by nature no stress always cooperative in working task. I would recommend both fresher and professional experience holders to join this company to grow your career in Microsoft Dynamics field.

I joined this company as a fresher and worked for almost 6 years there are many things that comes in your way while working but you have to manage them and keep moving personally I don't feel any dislikes about the company.

Worked almost 4 years in this company in good faith. Very inconsistent in salary. They always making the salary after two months or three months. Not relieving to employees even after completing the Notice period. They are directly refusing to giving the relieving letter and experience letter without any reason and then they are threatening to employees by asking the money (around 1 to 2 lacs) for the letter. Otherwise they intentionally giving the bad feedback in BGV. Don't have proper setup for office. Only 10-15 employees company not more than that. Before joining this company, please think at least 1000 times.
