HERE HER IS IMPROPER WORK BALANCINIG.IHAVE WORKED 14-18 HOURS IN A DAYS.THERE IS SLOW GROWTHAND LOW COMPENSATION.

this company has so many things to learn. the support from from the seniors was very good. good platform for the beginners.

Decision making was little slow. and the growth is slow. and work pressure is too high sometimes i have to work 14-16 hours.

The sunbeam company is a good platform for learning stage.this company is get really responsibility at working time. I love the fact that I'm a part of this company. I also like the re- hire policy here.

The work pressure is very high. Mostly times I have to work 12-14 hours per day and after that I have attend clients and customer calls evening night and morning.sometimes do work in process after few times manager will say you take care dispatch quality production.no proper working stay one place always changing department.which is pain sometimes.

suffered from work life balance you have to give maximum time in a single working day.
