I am working from last four years and all my statements are true. Please if you don't got a job anywhere else and you don't have a choice then only you join, otherwise u understand.

Dislikes

Most important point is culture of work.Due to too much variance in Salary among staff and Helper it get impossible most of the time to work from them and even they don't want to work but all pressure come at staff member they are getting even half from helper. Even some Managers also not getting that much salary. No heracy level maintain there. Time to time strike of workers. One in all this company is of 90s and still don't want to change.

...o has a 11 year of job experience . Management does not respects their juniors . There is a major issue in salary . There is a incentive part in salary, which is variable . On leaves taken , per day incentive will be deducted from salary .

1. There is no fix salary 2. There is no good culture for employee . 3. No one in the management listen you even though you are right . 4. No one in the company following any rules

Legal infrastructure of the company is really strong. Packages are good, Salary always release on time....

Top Management issues are high. Always stuck with approval procedures and at last with no reply....
