There is a lot of politics and HOD/Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good also career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given.

...HER CITY. COMPANY NOT WORK INCREASE WORK BUT DECREASE WORK AND MANY PLANT CLOSE. COMPANY NOT WORK PROMOTION AND INCREASE SALARY. COMPANY WANT PERMANENT WORKER OUT. COMPANY NOT PAY SALARY TIME.

Not doing any increment of staff . No any facility for employees like bus service. Dress not given last 2 years. Daily new arguments with worker union. Canteen food not good. At present management is not good. Increment done only upper grade. Not given any increment of staff. Very bad management this time.
