The organisation is a startup and has grown quite well. The organisation has young management and staff which gives lot of energy and ambition to work. In the ambition and motivation you practice self learning, can experiment different technologies and implementation of systems are encouraged. Overall it's a vast learning and growing opportunities and best part is to develop yourself in new skills and experience.

...t revenue generation whereas the actual operations team is not supported well. Incentive systems are available, however the implementation is not at all transparent and employees are cheated to pay the right amount. Also, the directors have very toxic mentality. The settlement of amount of employees or marketing partners leaving the organisation are not done correctly. The amounts are paid in complete and no reason or communication.

Company is aggressive in winning projects. Self learning is supported. The team is excellent to work with. Employee will be treated right and good professional growth only if the employee is in good terms with the founders.

Dislikes

No respect or no support to after sales teams whatsoever which lead to clients suffering from very poor service. Employee retention rate is extremely poor due to toxic work culture. The co-founders are extremely unprofessional in their conduct towards employees. The company culture is so bad that sometimes the gifts given to employees need to be submitted back to them to circulate it back to other employees. The co-founders may even go to extreme lengths to sabotage future carriers of their ex-employees. Threats of not releasing Experience Letter for not serving notice period or threats of offering bad reviews to future employers.

I get to learn new things from each different department like HR, Design, Paperwork, Ops. Everyone is very friendly and collaborative over here. I was selected to go to Delhi for REI Expo. In which I got the opportunity to meet new vendors and learn new things.

Colleague's are good and work as a team excluding the Co Founder.

Dislikes

Management is very Poor. Employees are not valued well. The Co Founder keeps on getting lower and lower with her mentality with time and the Founder also doesn't intervene to resolve any issues with the Management. Lot of issues while exit. They do not clear the settlement fairly. They create issues with employees post exit as well.

- Company has clear vision and is steadily working towards achieving goals. - colleagues are good - Work is good (got to learn negotiation with vendor, procurement of equipment of solar plants) - Trello software ( they were about to update with ZOHO) - As i was in purchase department that too for a short period of 3 months, i found the co-founder supportive at many times. - got opportunity to handle stores and expenses as well. - they do celebrate employees birthdays. - timings are flexible. No strict monitoring unless u do your work politely and complete your work on time. - team dinners. - they provide good service after installations as well.

- you can get calls anytime of the day and even on weekends. - the major dislike was the office location. its very dirty and unhygienic around the office premises. feels pathetic to work in stores and the area around. - the store area was also not in place, myself together with co-founder bought some racks and put up everything in place. - the co-founder needs to take it easy while talking to vendors.
