Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

i really keen to work in that school but due to location its not working for me.i like work culture, staff and my respected principal mam of that school.she listens to us in each and every way.she likes to maintain balance between teacher and their need to work in the school.

Less workload then other schools

1. 6 day working . They sometimes cencel holidays also 2. Dress code is saree . You will be forced to wear sports shoes on saree which is funny . They say its formal . Now you know how funny management is 3 No professionalism . Teachers and hods keep grudges and promote only people who are thr puppets. No value for good talent 4 . No canteen, No ac. 5.NO pf provision as such And many more

Academic as well as Co-curricular activities are very strong and it's shows in Result of School and it is just because of teacher's efforts. The environment of school staff is very friendly and very helping specially Principal Mam (Mrs. Preeti Goel Mam) and all coordinators( Megha Mam, Mrs.Meenakshi Mam and Mrs. Rita Mam).thanks for being a part of Sun Valley It was a great time for me , even I would like to join that school again if I got a chance.
