It is one of the best places to work according to professional standards. But increments are very slow and you may get stuck here. Great place to meet new people.

Dislikes

Management sometimes does not address employee issues. Salary is decent but growth is very slow.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 3 years 5 months before which you cannot resign.

As a support Function roles like HR Admin Finance.. The shift is general shift. 9 to 6pm. You can leave office dot at 6. No one will question us. The work life balance is very good. They give very average food for RS 360/yr. You get to meet high level of media ppl. Office is very clean and tidy. Good Ambience but corrupted ppl around you. Office is at prime location in the city.

Dislikes

...top level of ppl. No timely payment of salaries and incentives as they promise. Salary is only on 5th of every month.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
