manger eats your salary plus credit also u get appraisal based upon your location if you are from manager village taluka or district you will get more even if u don't do anything.Low salaried person are cursed here salary difference is more between same individual. Sometimes fresher are paid at more salary than experience that's their hr policy strictly confidential

...nsurance policy is good, it covers family + any two parents. Every Sat-Sun off. Every year Diwali Bonus is given. Various exposures given in outsourced studies - healthy and Patient PK studies.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not upto the mark. The promotion is slow. A person has to wait for 5-6 years for single promotion. It has a bell shaped curve system so every year rating of 1 and 2 out of 5 has to be given to few employees. Bosses favour those who are close to them. There is no fair appraisal. Even internal transfers are not encouraged/ approved by HOD. Because of few bad bosses whole organization suffers.

Dislikes

...e department staff and gave layoff. We all never knew there was no job security. No prior intimation given to any of the employees though gave compensation but that's not enough to overcome the agony all the employees are going on with. Should have given a prior notice somewhere one year to six months back. Politics is also there ,those close to boss were given good appraisal and other benefits.

Nothing.... Pay scale is much less..it is difficult to survive in Gurgaon with this much less package ... More than 30% employees try to switch jobs

Dislikes

Company don't even provide food to the employees not the travelling facility, no function celebrations, no appreciation to the employee, not much salary hike. Employees are like workers

Salary system, not having good salary structure based upon current industry norms, huge difference in salaries within same experienced employees. They should have a pay scale system for every grade irrespective of the experience.
