Dirty Politics,Partiality,Not getting enough incriment,so that i will move as i can not pay Home loan EMI through Sun pharma.Very bad experience. Waste 6 years. I was suffering of politics of Abhay Mohite,Pawan Verma,Gunvant Chaudhari and Samir Lokhandwala.

Pay compensation is not par with Competitors. Pay is low especially at gurugram location considering the cost of living of this location. Management is reluctant to address this issue. Above these, no daily conveyance is provided.

...k profile. Work life balance is as same as other corporate company, almost nill. Salary and appraisal is minimal as there is no career growth. Team mates again depends upon the type of person you get ( you can not decide this as parameter while applying )
