It's number one pharma in Asia that make me proud. Very big group. Highly inspired with MD sir Mr. Dillip sanghvi g. Excellent RND part of sun pharma. Latest technology . High level of compliance. Intigrated Data. Patient sefty. Varity of category of drugs. High quality products. cGMP procedures etc

Highly bias person having comand. I say about my self I was joined in sep/2016 . They given 25% hike but after 3month reduced salary 20% by saying harmonization. I did fight but nothing happen. Join as officer with 4year experience in sept 2016. Now become senior officer after 7year hard work. I was 10th class topper of my school in 2006(awarded by school ) . I was third rank holder in 12th in my school 2008(awarded by mp govt award) B. Pharm with 71% and CR of my college. But there is no value of excellence due to some silly selfish persons.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

All the things good only draw back of HR and HR policies , compensation also very bad ,canteen facility also poor,but job security & all the shaft floor activity goes very softly some time partiality also seen

Dirty Politics,Partiality,Not getting enough incriment,so that i will move as i can not pay Home loan EMI through Sun pharma.Very bad experience. Waste 6 years. I was suffering of politics of Abhay Mohite,Pawan Verma,Gunvant Chaudhari and Samir Lokhandwala.
