It's very comlecated to describes. Company infrastructure wise good. Policies implemented are also good.

Increament vary drastically person to person. Compulsion for low rating ruin your carrier in terms of promotion and salary. So much meeting culture but less work culture . Focus on bench work is being avoided by big managers.

Good work life balance. No work load. Good salary compared other companies. Good place to spend some time and focus on personal life.

...ssue. All people are same experience hence lot of very high level of politics. High salary but low designation due to difficulty in promotion, do not get job offer from other companies .

I like about company that asa whole company is good and independently was able to work and developed new methodology and proud to work in reputed company like Sunpharma

I dislike that whatever more than enough I did was not appreciated by my managers. No motivation to sustain.Bias system and culture by managers. Managers/ Superiors are doing their growth instead of uplifting employees and no efforts to motivate their employees.
