I was called by the company for 2 rounds of interviews, and everything seemed to go very well. I even got a confirmation call and they asked me to join as soon as possible, and asked me for a release date from my current company. After I had already talked with my current workplace and informed them of my decision to depart from there, I got an email from Sun Oil that is a lack of clarity regarding my onboarding and asked me not to resign from my current workplace. This is extremely concerning as they shouldn't have given me a confirmation call or ask me to join as soon as possible if there was no clarity regarding my onboarding. This implies that there is a communication gap within the management levels of the organization.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
