Good for IT and management employees. You don't want to be associated with US operations department. Management will not support you.

Dislikes

HR, they are getting better salary for minimum work. Once you submit resignation, you will not be able to find or contact them.

...l is the best for you .. everything will you get work life balance . Free good . Both side cab but it's chargeable 1500 to 3000max free medical company culture excellent but salary is very low ..

Yes job security is there and timely pay for salaries till you work for them post that forget they would provide your F&F and relieving letter.

Dislikes

Once you take decision to switch or leave the organisation, they would make you cry for your decision when it comes to F&F as the value of an ex-employee is nothing for them.

... caring people, Good visibility of projects, Direct communication with onshore industry comparable package Work from Home culture. Health Insurance is BONUS Company has not fired anyone during difficult covid times. Tech stack needs to be improved.

Dislikes

Tech stack should be improved. On site opportunities should be provided, which is non existant for India location.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
