Wish if company focus on more pay scale and annual appraisal
Rather giving 7-9 make 10 as default upon that person performance
Looking at the inflation and cost of living
...pen door policy you can have 1:1 with the directors and management frequently.
Appraisals are mostly fair and eligible candidates can get upto 2-3 hikes and Salary corections within a financial year.
Bonus are good and can easily go beyond 100% if you perform good enough.
Only con is working shift and lots of calls from onshore counter parts and the timezone differences.
Little slow paced company because of its mammoth size.
Working Shifts would go till 10 PM for IT team due to timezone mapping but there would be no micro management.
Lots of vacancies for Technical architects and Engineering Managers and company is finding it hard to get them onboard.
