management is fraud appraisals not good they will verbally commit lots of things and get a lot of work done by you and once their work is done they will give nothing. That is very cheap behavior of management. If they like any employee they will increase their salary for no reason and give them many benefits. hard work and intelligence are not valued in this company. management is not professional. their behavior is very cheap, you can't trust their words. There is too much politics, groupism and lot of under the carpet things happen here. Only a cheap crowd is entertained here which aligns with managements cheap, uncultured and unsophisticated behaviour.

filthy culture, people who have 0 calibers are managing a business. Its nepotism in business. even sweeper understands more business than management here. Management with no brains. dont treat people well. no facilities for people.

Poor culture and many owners ( partnership firm) involving in every aspect as there is no one to take decisions regaring the company work and other aspects.

Too many owners and the owners have a union of staff.

It is a partership company and follows a good HR policy related to timely salary disbursal on the first 3 days of the month and all other benefits is provided. Work Life balance is excellent. The company paid full wages and salary during lockdown.

A single staff for every department. This is the one thing that i dislike. No assistant or subordinate
