Company management is good! An ISO certified company and provides salary mostly on time!

Some TL are too good while some TL are the worst! Total idiot types of TL are also there, depends upon your luck to whom you would be assigned to!

Majority of the employees are stoners. Bullishness, Backbiting, rude feedback, gossip, micromanagement and millenium park type culture is at its peak. If an employee is attractive or a Spooner consider yourself in heaven. From Team leads Managers and HR dept are biased.

No work pressure some time maybe have work but most of the work is no pressure.

I think this thing can be better like house keeping And salary hike percentage and timely confirmation letter. Transport facility provided by the company but most of the time you have to wait at least 30 min

...nt is helpful, job security is there they really want to retain a good employee. Salary is somewhat on the lower side for experienced professionals.

Training is poor. More focus on crude numbers rather than actually resolving the account.
