To be honest there is nothing to like. You will get your salary every month, may be that is the one thing that I can mention, but again it is very obvious when you are working you should get paid.

1. Salary: the salary is not only minimal, but there is no certainty when you will get your salary. You will never get your salary at the end of the month or start of the week. They usually give salary on 6th 7th of month, there r also exceptions. Sometimes you may get a mail which states due to some unavoidable situations the salary will be delayed and it can get delayed further till 10th. 2. Appraisal: There is no fixed timing of appraisal. Initially once or twice they even cancelled the appraisal. Nowadays it is happening but still no fixed time when it will took place. They often don't provide appraisal on time and most of the time adjusted the arrear amount each month with your salary. 3. Rules and Regulations: There are rules and regulations but these can be bend as their own will. People and management can re-hire people even those who never given proper resignation, can give promotion to anyone who isn't even qualified, never given IJP and can fire anyone without any proper explanation. Most of the time they don't even deserve it. 4. Company reviews on Ambition box,google: This is the worst part of the company and when I saw this I lost all the respect for them. Every month they ask certain employees to go to Google and ambition box to post their review, give it 5 stars and write good things about the organisation and share those screenshots with the HR and asked people of management to go to those sites and give likes to those comments so that they get featured first, which is the pathetic thing a company can do and every month till now this has been happening. Even someone who is not willing to give review neither good nor bad, they will literally annoy that person everyday and will ask you whether you posted any review or not. It means most of the reviews of the company are fake or manipulated.

As for my experience I had one of the most toxic SME leading our team. She has been an employee for 8 years yet she was very manipulating, hungry for appreciation, not a team player, instead of guiding us she used to make us do the wrong things which created problem between agents and client and she used to take all the appreciation. Because of her around 10 people left. I tolerated her for for a year and then finally managed took some actions and transfer her under a different manager. The first year was literally hell for me yet I had to stay strong as all I wanted was to learn and grow and not to destroy my zeal of working which she was trying to do. I wish none of the other people had to ever face such a toxic person and I truly request the management to take strict actions and quick actions when you get complains regarding one person from a relative amount for people.

Dislikes

...are needing any help then you will not get that, neither from management not HR. Salary is also very bad. If you are in good terms with the manager/ operation then you might get any help otherwise they are useless. Managers and team leaders are very biased.
