To be honest there is nothing to like. You will get your salary every month, may be that is the one thing that I can mention, but again it is very obvious when you are working you should get paid.

Dislikes

1. Salary: the salary is not only minimal, but there is no certainty when you will get your salary. You will never get your salary at the end of the month or start of the week. They usually give salary on 6th 7th of month, there r also exceptions. Sometimes you may get a mail which states due to some unavoidable situations the salary will be delayed and it can get delayed further till 10th. 2. Appraisal: There is no fixed timing of appraisal. Initially once or twice they even cancelled the appraisal. Nowadays it is happening but still no fixed time when it will took place. They often don't provide appraisal on time and most of the time adjusted the arrear amount each month with your salary. 3. Rules and Regulations: There are rules and regulations but these can be bend as their own will. People and management can re-hire people even those who never given proper resignation, can give promotion to anyone who isn't even qualified, never given IJP and can fire anyone without any proper explanation. Most of the time they don't even deserve it. 4. Company reviews on Ambition box,google: This is the worst part of the company and when I saw this I lost all the respect for them. Every month they ask certain employees to go to Google and ambition box to post their review, give it 5 stars and write good things about the organisation and share those screenshots with the HR and asked people of management to go to those sites and give likes to those comments so that they get featured first, which is the pathetic thing a company can do and every month till now this has been happening. Even someone who is not willing to give review neither good nor bad, they will literally annoy that person everyday and will ask you whether you posted any review or not. It means most of the reviews of the company are fake or manipulated.

Very bad company this company needs labour in 10 thousand salary in 10 thousand salary you have to work on night shift and no holiday in indian festival or national holiday and work pressure is like outstanding.

Salary was very less and they did not provide appraisal for 2021 and stop other allowances like attendence allowance, transport allowance with an excuse of covid 19 and ramp down of multiple process but at the same time they hire "N" no. Of employees infact maximum hiring they did on covid times only with lowest salary ever given by Sun knowledge of 11k-12k in hand even few got less than this also so that mean many new client process also associated that's the reason they were doing bulk hiring.. There main intention was to kick out existing experienced employee whose salary was little high then new joiner and best part was trainings were given by experience employees only to new joiners, absentees production were supposed to be done along with their own full error free production by experienced employees only and later on kick them out Indirectly with out giving appraisal, allowance benefits and bad behavior and add those freshers with low salary in place of senior experienced employee..

Working at sunknowledge is amazing. Manager and all team members are very much supportive and you will learn a lot. For freshers Or experienced if one want to build their career in US medical billing process Sunknowledge knowledge would be the right choice. Work life is also balanced and don't need to work for extra hours.

The salary structure is very less compare to others. No extra perk or incentive is given.
