As for my experience I had one of the most toxic SME leading our team. She has been an employee for 8 years yet she was very manipulating, hungry for appreciation, not a team player, instead of guiding us she used to make us do the wrong things which created problem between agents and client and she used to take all the appreciation. Because of her around 10 people left. I tolerated her for for a year and then finally managed took some actions and transfer her under a different manager. The first year was literally hell for me yet I had to stay strong as all I wanted was to learn and grow and not to destroy my zeal of working which she was trying to do. I wish none of the other people had to ever face such a toxic person and I truly request the management to take strict actions and quick actions when you get complains regarding one person from a relative amount for people.

...are needing any help then you will not get that, neither from management not HR. Salary is also very bad. If you are in good terms with the manager/ operation then you might get any help otherwise they are useless. Managers and team leaders are very biased.

The basic salary is too low there is no scope for hardworking person to grow, If you work hard the only thing you will get is more work that's all. There is more office politics in senior level and work life balance is not good. Overall not a good company to grow you can join for just learning and then have to leave otherwise the company will force you to resign itself.

SK is a excellent place for freshers who are egar to learn about medical billing. SK always provide a job security and good place for develop the skill set.

The average salary is very low also they are not going to provide a good hike as per the market value who have experienced in the same domain.

Company management is good! An ISO certified company and provides salary mostly on time!

Dislikes

Some TL are too good while some TL are the worst! Total idiot types of TL are also there, depends upon your luck to whom you would be assigned to!
