Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Better... not so good salary is very less and also we need to do other works also which is not relevant to us.. there are no workers in this company not even at site projects are less.. we should only do sweeping and Work no proper system no proper information...there is no vehicle to go for site.. No proper system and method to this office.. No proper guardian nor perfect job for office.. Employees are not at all happy..
