Sun Infonet is a very secure place to work as some very useful people are still working here there is no performance review so once you are in there is a very less chances that you will be shown the door. The pace is slow and you can live your life and have fun side by.

Dislikes

There is no system of appraisal, no professionalism in terms of HR as that is the most pathetic department they will hire you and forget about you. The raise system is flat so high performance and low performance people will get the same kind of raise which is super frustrating.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
