Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Managers are good. They can support you in all the ways.

Dislikes

...T. Especially worst MD MADAM. Many Engineers lost their money in this company. They wont provide you salary and bills amount while engineers releaving from the company. Management collects Rs.35000 from every engineers while joining the company and they wont return it back even the bond period of two years is completed. Please dont join in this company.

Dislikes

Management doesnt provide a proper care and benefits for their employees They are not ready to care about employees work life balance or even provide them compensation for that

Workmates/collegues are gud at cooperating regardless of age. More Number of projects compared to other MSME's.

Dislikes

Low salary package, job quality is poor, Poor management, Allowances are given at a late manner if we are in the field/site/outside work.

It's good company. He is taking Project very good one . Water treatment plant and power plant rubber Projects and etc.We are joining this company gathering good knowledge but big disadvantage is food money and travel money not get properly. Otherwise nice Company.
